You will receive your voucher via email within 72 working hours from the time of your online payment.

2. 🔸Service Availability:🔸
In the unlikely event that a service is unavailable, we guarantee a prompt refund of the amount and cancellation of the order.

3. 🔸WhatsApp Communication:🔸
Our representative will contact you the day before the service via WhatsApp on the mobile number provided in your booking. Please ensure the correct country code is included.

4. 🔸Luggage Guidelines:🔸
The service is quoted based on 1 suitcase (23 kg) + 1 carry-on per person. Kindly adhere to this luggage quantity per person when booking online. For additional luggage, contact us at info@fvtravelgroup.com for a customized quotation and a secure payment link.

5. 🔸Cancellation Policy:🔸
Customers may cancel up to 48 hours before the service date by emailing resas@fvtravelgroup.com.

6. 🔸Travel Insurance:🔸
Travelers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance in their country of origin. FV Travel Group does not assume responsibility for providing travel insurance.

7. 🔸Drop-off Details:🔸
The drop-off will be made only at the address corresponding to the service type (city, airport, train station, or port) indicated during booking. Any changes should be communicated 48 hours in advance to resas@fvtravelgroup.com.

8. 🔸Payment to Driver:🔸
Passengers are not required to pay any additional amount to the driver, except for optional tips, which are not compulsory in our services.

9. 🔸Non-Smoking Service:🔸
We provide a non-smoking service for the comfort of all passengers.
